deactivate checks for changed Qt4 behaviour in QSqlQuery

I hope all existing queries are ported to the new Qt4 behaviour. The
reason why I don't remove it entirely is that we added/changed queries
after the Qt4 which fail under the new behaviour. So it might justified
to enable it for compile type debug.
