Log:

Expand MythUI font parsing with decoration, weight, and stretch values.  Decoration allows a comma-seperated list of values to include underline, overline, and strikeout.  Weight allows the 'press' of the font pen to be lighter or heavier.  Stetch allows the font to the horizontally stretched or condensed.  Note:  <bold> and <underline> tags are now deprecated, but retained for backwards compatibility.  Full docs on the wiki MythUI Theme Development page.
