 Another log with just -v playback is here:

 This one may or may not be a related problem:

 "audio will play fine for a few seconds then get really fast. Eventually
 the video will go really fast as well. This isn't in the menu though"

 If it needs a new ticket and/or also needs -v playback,extra just say the
 word.
