Numerous fixes for Jamu courtesy of Doug Vaughan.  Present the user w/ a 'friendly' message when the metadata source cannnot be contacted.  Prevent an abort when the user has put bogus info in the secondary metadata source portion of the config file.  Protect against/remove HTML redirects downloaded erroneously as graphics files.  In -MW (Watch Recordings download) mode, download into files using the listing source name so that they will always match for the image hunt.  If specifying a non-english language, allow falling back to english graphics, and then to any graphics.  Fix an issue where ttvdb would return empty graphics download URLs in some cases.
