Comment:

 (In [21950]) Fix the BBC weather grabber after changes to the BBC web site
 and rss feeds.

 Note: You will have to delete and re-add any weather screens using the bbc
 feeds due to changes to the location ids.

 Patch by Joe Ripley. Fixes #7024.
