 I'm running trunk 21904.  I had Jamu download the coverart for American
 Dad (using -MW).  Schedules Direct's name for the show is "American Dad",
 thetvdb's name is "American Dad!".  Jamu finds the art just fine, but it
 places it in files named "American Dad!_coverart.jpg"  This causes the
 Watch recordings screen to not find it.  Renaming the files to "American
 Dad_coverart.jpg" fixes the problem.

 If my python skills were better I'd attempt a patch to have Jamu use the
 mythtv recording series name as the output filename.
