 (In [21853]) Replace the remaining instances of ScheduledRecording with
 RecordingRule and remove the old schedule editor, program lister, program
 details and previous list from libmythtv. Viewscheddiff remains the only
 unported main screen now and the only significant bit of UI code in
 libmythtv. Refs #12
