Log:

Trim down the default OSD Menu list for LiveTV.

o Commercial Skip, is not supported for LiveTV.
o Toggle Expire, LiveTV programs are expired based on recgroup.
o Transcode Show, Not often used for LiveTV, (can be reenabled).
