Log:

This patch is part 2 of 2 to fix seektables for MythVideo files
which are stored using the new MythVideo Storage Groups support.

See [21819] for part 1.

This patch adds a DB upgrade for MythVideo which converts the
filenames in the filemarkup table to be relative filenames instead
of absolute paths.  This allows existing seektables to be used
with the ProgramInfo changes in [21819].
