Log:

At long last, prevent duplicate file entries in MythVideo.  First build the list of storage directory paths, then the list of local paths.  If the SG path is identical to the local path, prefer the SG path.  This achieves the aim of allowing both local *and* SG settings to exist harmoniously without introducing duplicate records.
