Log:

Fix MythBrowser by removing some forgotten GetInstallPrefix() calls left over from before [20933] that resulted in MythBrowser's trying to launch a program /usrInternal or /usr/localInternal instead of using the Internal browser.  The bug only affected users who had not yet set a WebBrowserCommand.
