Some small improvements/fixes to RecordingRule. Add an indicator that a rule has been 'loaded' so that we can avoid overwriting changes made before the rule is passed to the schedule editor. Reset the record id to zero after the corresponding entry has been deleted from the database. Finally don't treat the failure to find a search rule in the database as an error condition, it's valid for new rules in LoadBySearch.
