Log:

New RecordingRule class for loading, manipulation, saving and deletion of recording rules from the record table. Designed to eventually replace the existing ScheduledRecording and it's associated classes as we split the data access and UI into separate layers/libraries. Please review, it's not being used yet but will be by the end of the week.
