 The attached patch adds an option to show the program listings of each
 channel in a separate column.

 To enable this mode, check the "Use 'channel-by-channel' format" box in
 the guide settings and fill in how many channels per row that should be
 displayed.

 See attached screenshots for examples of how the grey and elkin skins look
 like.
