 Attached are two patches against r21681 to add firewire support for
 Verizon FiOS QIP6200-2 STB and allow 6200ch channel changer to handle
 channel numbers > 999.  Verizon has channel numbers > 999.  90% of the
 credit for the 6200ch patch goes to James at rocketmonkeys.com.
