Log:

Improved triggering of colorkey updates during video playback. Colorkey repaints could previously be triggered manually via calls to TV::DrawUnusedRects, which would often fail as the renderer did not think a repaint was needed, and automatically via the eventFilter. Now just use DrawUnusedRects for both and use VideoOutput::ExposeEvent to ensure all repaints are handled.
