 When trying to playback some mpeg2 files.[[BR]]
 This is tested with the lastest 0.21-fixes.[[BR]]
 Sample file that will crash mythfrontend:
 [http://uberatomic.com/glemsom/test.mpeg][[BR]]
 The test mpeg file is captured over DVB-C, on the Discovery Science
 channel. The sample file plays fine in mplayer and vlc.
