[22669] from trunk:
Remove libmad (no longer needed for mythplugins) and old bindings build hack.
Add some 10.6 stuff which is commented out; Qt 4.5, and disabling MMX.
(The latter is a huge hack, which seems to be necessary every few XCodes
I think due to bugs in Apple's GCC implementation?)
Un-commenting those gave Nigel a 32bit build on 10.6.1
