 Launching DVD playback when there is no DVD disc in drive calls screen of
 last used plugin. I.e.
 -start mythWEB
 -exit mythWEB
 -start DVD playback
 -parts of mythWEB screen are shown

 All is OK when DVD drive has disc inside.
