Log:

Scale and position DVB subtitles according to the display size and not a hardcoded screen size of 720x576. This fixes the display of DVB subtitles with HD material, although with BBC HD they still aren't centred they are at least positioned correctly vertically, scaled to the right size and on the screen instead of being disappearing entirely off-screen. This may be a candidate for backporting, so feedback from other users of HD/SD DVB subtitles would be useful.
