 using 0.22-fixes svn 22579

 Trying to playback the dts-hd track of Monster vs Aliens is not possible.
 I don't have any DTS or AC3 passthrough enabled. The sound of that track
 is rendered as cracking noises almost like enabling DTS or AC3 passthrough
 through a analog stereo out.
