 I'm testing the improved (over 0.21-fixes) menu support in 0.22. This time
 menus of DVDs that I had problems with before show up, but 4 out of 5
 tested DVDs does not show the menu cursor.

 I get no cursor with:
 - "West Wing 7th season" disc1
 - "The Fellowship of the Ring Extended edition" disc 1
 - "Elizabeth - The Golden Age"
 - "Sex and the City - The Movie"

 All these had cursors in 0.21-fixes, although the last 3 had *only* cursor
 and no background.

 The cursor still works with "The Wire Season 4" disc 1.
