 Per the log:

 2009-10-18 09:47:40.191 VDPAU Error: Error at util-vdpau.cpp:871 (#23, The
 system does not have enough resources to complete the requested operation
 at this time.)

 Can you try increasing the shared ram alotted to the GPU?  It appears you
 may have it set too low (128 or 156M, you likely need at least 512M).
