 Program categories text visibility in Program Guide is controlled by theme
 setting 'showcategories' in schedule-ui.xml

 If this is set to no it mostly works, e.g. when entering to Program Guide
 through menu. But when watching LiveTV and then jumping to Program Guide
 (which has the small LiveTV video playback window), then the category
 texts are visible.

 Tested with Mythbuntu and MythCenter themes.
