Log:

MythVideo settings cleanup.  Does the following:  Beat back the tide of settings bloat by removing two minor settings and setting sensible defaults (newly scanned videos set to browseable by default, sort ignores case by default).  Shuffle some existing settings around so that like settings are on pages together.  Remove one settings page entirely by consolidating its settings elsewhere.  Fix capitalization and punctuation of help texts.  Fix trailing whitespaces (probably added by me).
