Comment:

 (In [22397]) Fixes #7276. Fix displaying of duplicate channels in EPG.

 The main problem is that separate channels that share only the same
 channums
 are considered as possible alternate channels.

 This patch changes this so that channels have to have the same channums
 and
 callsigns to be considered alternate channels in the EPG.
