 Using trunk build made by mythbuntu for karmic release.
 Using the default internal player for DVD/ISO playback.

 Steps to reproduce:
 1. Setup a binding to JUMPTODVDROOTMENU and setup lirc to use it
 2. Play an ISO from mythvideo
 3. The root DVD menu displays correctly
 4. Start the movie feature or TV episode in the ISO
 5. Press the button corresponding to the JUMPTODVDROOTMENU hotkey
 6. OSD message "DVD Menu Unavailable" is displayed

 Expected:
 6. Root DVD menu displays correctly like step 3

 I have attached a -v playback,extra log while trying to go back to the DVD
 menu in three different ISOs of 3 different shows.
