 Hi,

 This adds a French Canadian (fr_CA) translation to MythWeb.

 This translation is a direct derivate of the work done in ticket 7287,
 6965, 6911 on the French (fr_FR) translation file.

 The work done on tickets 7287 and 6965 has been done by a team of four
 person (Ookaze, Gilles, Jonas & me). We tried to use expressions which
 would be understood by people from both France and Canada but it became
 apparent that there were some terms which were simply different and that
 we would have to produce two translations.

 This is the MythWeb part of this translation, the rest of the modules will
 be translated/adapted like this as well as soon as the main translation
 (fr_FR) has stabilized enough (it is still a "work in progress").
