 I have couple of different DVB-T cards and with one of them channel scan
 in current trunk works quite fine. With other card (Technisat AirStar)
 scanner finds conflicting channels and also MPEG channels in addition to
 DVB channels.

 I've attached gzip package which contains two logs from scanning with two
 different cards using Existing transports scan, Only Free and Test
 Decryptability on -options. Logs are with "-v
 channel,channelscan,extra,siparser". Package also contains dumps from the
 channelscan* tables.

 When scanning works with the other card, there are 17 new channels found.

 Following happens in the UI with the problematic card:

 13 new non-conflicting DVB channels found -> insert all ->
 1 new non-conflicting MPEG channels found -> insert all ->
 4 new conflicting DVB channels -> Ignore all ->
 16 new conflicting MPEG channels -> Ignore all
 }}}
