 Forwarding from upstream running 0.22:

 In "Watch Recordings" the right side of the highlight selector does not
 follow the actual selected item. I have updated to the below version and
 deleted everything in ~/.mythtv/themecache/.

 OpenGL doesn't exhibit the same problems.
