 When I try to add a DVB-C transport with the 'Edit Transports' option, the
 '(new transport)' screen misses the input boxes to specify the Network ID
 and the Transport ID. So I need to edit the database by hand.

 Without the netid & tid the channel scanner doesn't think the transport
 has any channels, and asks to remove it at the end of a scan.
