Log:

Add an Init() to MythVideo.  There's a slight perceived speed increase when entering MythVideo as the window is loaded first, then populated with the data.  Gives the user some feedback that something is happening after selecting 'Watch Videos' rather than potentially hanging there and caching all the images.
