Log:

Remove a hack which was added for the teveblad xmltv grabber. It seems to have stemmed from a misunderstanding of the xmltv spec which talks about 'element content' referring the contents of various elements, it doesn't mean an element called 'content' e.g. <content>. From this point on we're sticking to the xmltv spec and avoiding grabber specific extensions.
