Log:

Two enhancements for MythVideo.  Add a releasedate field for an exact date release date, and optional text fields.  This date complies with the user's long date format setting.  Add a Homepage field to store a URL to be associated with an item, as well as a I->Video Info->View Homepage item that will pop up the user's configured browser/MythBrowser and allow the user to view the associated homepage.  By default, the grabbers will insert the pages at TMDB/etc. but the user can also put in the studio homepages for the film if they like.  I like keeping it at the API source because it allows the user to pull up the source of the data and edit it from within MythVideo to improve the quality of the data for all.
