Comment:

 (In [22690]) Fixes #5473. Add pulse audio output method. The A/V sync is
 not great, but it is considerably better than when using pulse audio ALSA
 emulation.

 Improvements in A/V sync are welcome, please open a new patch for those.
 To use pulse audio for output, just select PulseAudio:default as your
 audio output method.
