#6558: Make channel scanning for HDHomerun channels more permissive.

Severity: medium | Mlocked: 0

When scanning for channels on my HDHomerun I get the following message for
most of the TimeWarner ClearQAM channels that should be tunable:
"Found channel, but it doesn't match existing tsid. You may wish to delete
existing channels and do a full scan."
Looking closer, the tsid and networkid listed in the
ServiceDescriptionTable objects are both '1' and all of the entries in the
'dtv_multiplex' table have networkid = NULL and transportid = NULL.
I'm not sure if it is my cable provider, MythTV, or the HDHomerun firmware
that has changed, because I was able to successfully scan these channels
about 6 months ago.
I have attached a patch which enabled me to scan the tunable channels.
I'm not very familiar with the scanning code, so if this is incorrect feel
free to close the ticket or point me in the right direction.
Also, I found that the trunk was able to scan the channels.
