 Proceedure:

 Select a channel in the mythtv-setup channel editor
 Select the Icon Downloader button
 Select 'Download icon for..."
 Select 'OK' to the request to share the channel map info
 Boom!

 Note: I've included one backtrace with preceding log where it worked for
 WPIX but crashed on WABC. But it does not always take two tries to produce
 this segfault.
