 (In [20223]) Put up a -v media message when setSpeed is unimplemented.
 Refs #3666.
 (Note that this should only be called for CDs,
  and currently only Linux implements this call)
 Let isSameDevice(), and thus GetMedia(), work on Mac OS X from mythvideo.
