Log:

DisplayRes improvements. Fetch, store and use the current refresh rate for the GUI size. This should prevent unnecessary mode switches when the GUI size is the same as the desktop but we were defaulting to another refresh rate. Secondly, store the 'desktop' mode (i.e. the video mode in use when the frontent was started) and switch back to it when exiting the frontend.
