Log:

Improved MHEG rendering for 'full sized' OSDs (OpenGL, VDPAU, chroma). This fixes various rounding errors when the MHEG output is scaled to the display size. Still some minor glitches here and there (possibly in the line art code) but this fixes 95% of the visual issues I can see.
