Log:

Fix MHEG video stream resizing when using the OpenGL video renderer and the OpenGL OSD. This should actually be better than the previous 'working' version as the video stream aspect ratio should always be correct regardless of the display aspect ratio. Also aids in implementing resizing with VDPAU.
