 Updated patch (6665-accessibility-priority-modifiers.diff) that adds
 accessibility options for the scheduler, covering: in-vision
 signing/subtitles, hard of hearing support, audio description, and general
 subtitles.

 I've also added a widescreen modifier and updated the HDTV to cover the
 new videoprops set in addition to the existing program.hdtv flag.

 Finally the patch adds 2 clauses to the custom rule editor for in-vision
 signing and in-vision subtitles.
