 (In [20797]) FFmpeg sync to revision 19352. Refs #4862

 Most noteable additions to libavcodec are probably RealVideo 3 and 4
 support and improvements in HD audio decoders. The liba52 decoder is
 removed. It has the usual amount of fixes and added unsual codecs.

 Importent parts still missing are AAC in LATM support and Spectral
 extension EAC-3.
