 Looks like I spoke to soon.
 I didn't notice before because I only let the videos play for a short
 time.
 But I am now seeing the tearing after the video is playing for a while.
 Fast forwarding or rewinding the video fixes it for a while and then it
 returns.
 I have updated the patch since it has been moved to videoout_vdpau.cpp.
