Log:

Delete the PlayerContext allocated in Transcode::TranscodeFile whenever we
return from this routine.  This was causing errant inuseprograms entries to
stick around after transcoding since [19803] was put into place.  As a side
effect, this also handles cleaning up the allocated NuppelVideoRecorder,
NuppelVideoPlayer, and RingBuffer.
