Log:

Fix the StartInTitles logic getting switched in the mythui port. Additionally I've changed the label and help text for this setting to reflect the current realities e.g. Recordings can now be grouped by Genre/Category etc and this list may not contain titles; there may not be a highlight/selector and there never was a 'window'
