 When I use MythWeb to upload cover art for one of my videos, the files get
 created in the cover art directory belonging to the web server account and
 with 600 permissions.  As such, they are not readable by the mythfrontend
 process running as a normal user.

 It would be better if those image files could be created with 644
 permissions.
