 The attached patch adds a screen that will allow a user to:

 1) save current settings/keybindings to be restored at a later date.
 2) restore settings/keybinding
 3) copy settings/keybindings from another host
 4) restore "default" settings/keybindings.  With this version the default
 settings are not populated.  Populating the table will be up to pkg
 maintainers.
 5) delete saved settings

 Along with the GUI, a command line client called mythsettings is also
 provided.

 2009-01-03 14:49:21.353 -t [Default|Default_1|user1|user2]
 2009-01-03 14:49:21.353 -n  hostname to copy_from (optional)
