 when in tree file browse mode, the tree buttonlist is limited to a small
 portion of the screen. This is since mythui.
 The reason is that the positions and sizes are relative to 800x600 and not
 1280x720 which is the new wide mode virtual screen size.

 patch attached to fix tree mode.
