 In browse view, when a user is at the top of the set of items, the up
 arrow causes selection to loop back around to the bottom. This makes it
 easier to reach items at the end of the alphabet. In list view, the up
 arrow does nothing once the top of the list is reached.

 This is a consistency bug. One would expect the same behavior for the
 Up/Down arrows in both view modes. 'Down' at the bottom of the list should
 jump to the top and 'up' at the top of the list should jump to the bottom.

 I'm using 0.21.0+fixes18722-0ubuntu1
